End of Service

Here’s what you need to know about managing your End of Service Benefits and your FAB products.


If your End of Service Benefits and FAB credit cards are on hold, please provide the below documents at the nearest FAB branch in order for us to review the account:

  • Salary Transfer Letter (from new employer)
  • Employment contract
  • Passport
  • New residence visa stamped on passport (for expats)
  • Emirates ID

Once we have received all the documents and the first salary from your new employer, we’ll be in touch with you about the next steps.

Please note that your credit cards (if any) will be temporarily blocked until we have a chance to review your account and the above mentioned documents.

Please Note:
- Based on the Personal Loan /Finance contractual agreement signed and acknowledged by you, the Bank reserves the right to apply any end of service benefits received in the account towards the Loan/Finance balance.
- If these funds are not EOSB, please visit your nearest FAB branch to provide proof of the nature of the funds and we will review our actions.
- The Salary Transfer Letter and Employment Contract may not be required if the credit card facility was obtained based on collateral.
