Standing Instructions for One-Time Payments

You can set such instructions via phone banking by calling us 24/7 on 600 52 5500.

    The payments will be made either as direct debits from your banking account or through your credit card

    Utility bills such as Etisalat, Du, Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA), Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA) and Salik can also be paid using our various self-service tools such as the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, internet banking or the FAB Mobile app
