What is my benefit in applying for FAB Accelerator as opposed to applying for each product individually?
Accelerator customers would be eligible for extra benefits such as a Welcome Bonus, privileged account benefits, higher loyalty benefits on credit card spends, and additional benefits on availing other eligible products from FAB. Customers who hold individual products with FAB and are not subscribed to the Accelerator Programme would not be eligible for these benefits.
What are the welcome benefits being offered with Accelerator and how will I get it?
The Welcome Bonus is based on the Accelerator tier the loyalty programme chosen by the customer.
How and when will I receive the Welcome Bonus?
The customer should meet the following conditions in order to get the Welcome Bonus:
- Credit turnover of at least AED 15,000 in the Current Account in a month
- At least 1 spend transaction on the Credit Card
- No delinquency on any FAB product
Once the above conditions are met, the Welcome Bonus would be credited to the customer’s loyalty programme as per the following schedule for each Tier:
- Booster: Next credit card statement after satisfaction of above criteria
- Booster Plus: Two equal quarterly installments, starting with the next credit card statement after satisfaction of the above criteria
- Turbo Booster: Three equal quarterly installments, starting with the next credit card statement after satisfaction of the above criteria
What benefits do I get on my credit card spend under the Accelerator Programme?
Customers are entitled to higher loyalty benefits on the credit card spend under the Accelerator Programme than without Accelerator.
When do I get the credit card loyalty benefits under the Accelerator Programme?
Customers can see these benefits in their monthly credit card statement.
What is the maximum loyalty benefit I can earn on my credit card spend?
The maximum loyalty benefits customers can earn on the credit card spend under the Accelerator Programme are dependent on the Accelerator Tier and Credit Card Loyalty Programme. This maximum cap applies only to the Accelerator loyalty benefit, and the standard credit card loyalty earnings would continue even after the Accelerator loyalty cap is reached.
All accelerator benefits will now be rewarded in the new FAB Rewards Loyalty currency.

How do I benefit if I take another product from FAB after subscribing to the Accelerator Programme?
Every time a customer takes an eligible product from FAB under the Accelerator Programme, he/she would be entitled to additional loyalty benefits.
I currently hold three products from FAB, including a Personal Loan, a life insurance plan and an investment account. Would I be entitled to additional loyalty benefits if I subscribe to the Accelerator Programme?
No, the additional loyalty benefits are applicable only for products taken after subscribing to the Accelerator Programme. But these additional products will reduce your monthly credit card fee or may even make it absolutely free.
How do I calculate my total benefits under the Accelerator Programme?
Customers would receive a separate monthly Accelerator e-statement on their e-mail ID registered with FAB, with details of all benefits received as part of the Accelerator Programme.
How can I redeem my loyalty points?

Can I change my loyalty programme?
Customers can change the loyalty programme from miles to rewards to cash back and vice versa any time. Change in the loyalty programme will be instantly applied but existing balance on the loyalty programme will not be transferred to the new loyalty scheme.
What is the validity period of the loyalty programme balance?
FAB Rewards expire in 2 years.
